Oilfield trucking and vacuum truck services in the Permian BasinWe do what we say.
When your location is waiting on the next truck, you need a straight answer and a crew that follows through. Since 2011, Sarge has been that crew for operators across Southeastern New Mexico.
Our clients
Everyone on location has someone waiting at home.
The Permian Basin is one of the busiest oil fields on earth. Heavy traffic, long shifts and crowded locations leave no room for shortcuts.
So safety at Sarge starts before the truck moves. We prepare our people, check our equipment and keep the office and the field talking. Our responsibility covers the drivers doing the work, the customers relying on it and everyone sharing the location.
What our safety program includes
- OnboardingNew personnel learn their equipment and the work they’ll perform.
- Recurring safety trainingOngoing training, tied to the conditions and requirements on location.
- Truck, equipment and paperwork inspectionsProblems found in the yard instead of on the lease road.
- Mandatory drug testingA required part of the program.
- A standing expectation to speak upDrivers and field crews raise concerns with dispatch and supervision.
Reliability is a discipline.
Tony Gomez learned it in the Army: a job goes right when every person knows their part and owns it. Here’s how that works, from your first call to the final ticket.
That’s the standard Tony brought to Sarge. It’s the standard behind our word.
-
Before the truck rolls
Prepare for the job.
We review the location, scope, timing and site requirements, then line up the people and equipment to do the work safely.
-
On location
Give a straight answer.
When instructions or conditions change, customers and crews hear it from us, with the issue explained and the next step worked out together.
-
Through the final ticket
Own your part.
Every person on a Sarge job takes responsibility for their piece of the work, from the first call to the final field ticket.

It started with one truck and one man’s word.

Tony Gomez founded Sarge in July 2011 after serving in the U.S. Army. He drove the truck, maintained it, found the customers and kept the books.
When someone was counting on him, there was nobody else to hand the problem to. That sense of responsibility still shapes how Sarge works today.
